Bright field and epi-fluorescent microscopy

Microscope system 1

A Leica DMRA2 upright epi-fluorescent microscope allows three colour fluorescent imaging and bright field microscopy in colour or monochrome using a Retiga Exi Fast 1394 camera with a colour wheel.

Differential interference contrast imaging for unstained samples is an option.

For image acquisition Q-capture or Velocity software are available.

Objectives: 1.6x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 40x oil, 100x, plus additional multiplying magnification at x1.25 or x 1.6.
