Informatics resources

The School has an HPC informatics cluster.  The cluster has a comprehensive collection of DNA and protein analysis software, also some statistical software, and includes current DNA and protein database releases for sequence searches, as well as housing sequence data generated by the school to provide easy access for colleagues and collaborators.  These resources are available to all post-graduate and academic staff who wish to carry out complex and resource intensive analyses.
