Available PhD Studentships 2012

13 INTERCROSSING PhD studentships in population genetics, informatics and statistics starting in Oct 2012

INTERCROSSING offers generously funded 3-year training - available to candidates from all over the world.

INTERCROSSING are an EU funded ITN ( see http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/mariecurieactions/itn_en.html ), hence EU candidates are expected to apply for training in a different country. We fund PhD studentships that will provide rigorous training in three disciplines hardly ever found together any one young scientist: population genetics, informatics and statistics.

If you wish to register an interest, we strongly suggest that you do so now (we aim to get back to you by the end of Jan 2012):
• email r.a.nichols@qmul.ac.uk
• put 'INTERCROSSING STUDENTSHIP' in the subject
• attach a 1 page CV in pdf format
